SLAFo STARTS WORK IN ITS NEW SECRETARIAT
The Sierra Albinism Foundation (SLAFo) is pleased to inform the general public that it has started working at its new secretariat at 49 Circular Road, Central Freetown. The office is located at the fourth floor of the building with standard office space and equipment.
The setting up of this office is part of SLAFo’s Building a Resilient Albinism Network for Development in Sierra Leone (BRAND-SL), a project supported by the Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA).
The office is now open to all individual and groups working around disability issues especially issues affecting Persons With Albinism (PWA).
In another development, SLAFo is gearing up in joining PWA all over the world towards the celebration of the International Albinism Awareness Day (IAAD) which is on June 13 with the theme MADE TO SHINE
SLAFo is envisaging an inclusive society where every human being is treated equally irrespective of skin colour or whatever difference.
Let make the world a better place for all and Let’s say no to discrimination and stigmatization.
COVID-19 is real, so let us play by the rules !!!
